Privacy, in plain words

No accounts and no cookies of our own. You can read everything without signing up, and we don’t run a newsletter yet.

Visit counts. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or follow you across sites. It records things like the page visited, the referring site, the country and the browser type.

Fonts. Our typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google’s servers for them, which means Google sees your IP address. Google’s privacy policy applies to that request.

Links. We link to journals, PubMed and health organizations. Their own privacy policies apply on their sites.

Ads and sponsors. None today. If that changes, this page will be updated first.
